Hi,
We are enjoying a busy summer here at Napa Valley POS. We moved into new office space, welcomed two new team members, and continue our work developing new products and enhancing existing ones. As we continue to grow we are taking steps to formalize our software maintenance and release schedule. This is the first of a new series of monthly tech bulletins specifically focused on NVPOS software updates.
The best way to get the most value out of your NVPOS software is to keep it updated on a regular basis. We are always improving our products, be it implementing suggestions from our customers or new innovations we cooked up ourselves. Spread the word in your tasting room! It’s as easy as opening ProductControl and clicking the “Install Updates” button at each POS station. Please note that your ProductControl log in profile must have rights to update the software. Check with your tasting room manager if you have problems updating. For more info on updating your software click here. CustomerCentral V1.6.01. Performance enhancements; Faster data transmission; Automatic upper casing of State codes; If web customer/member type = “Employee” then RMS customer is tagged as Employee; eWinery primary shipto address will set RMS primary shipto.
